Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for Aranya.

1. Apple App Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased on iOS through Apple In-App Purchase, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

To request a refund for an Apple purchase, use Apple's official refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Google Play Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are handled through Google Play according to Google Play policies.

3. Other Payment Methods

Where manual or web payment methods are supported, any refund eligibility will be reviewed by Aranya support based on the payment record, account status, duplicate payment issues, and applicable law.

4. Continued Access After Cancellation

When a subscription is cancelled, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the relevant app store or payment processor states otherwise.
