Welcome to Aranya. By accessing our mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

                IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Aranya is strictly an educational tool and portfolio tracker. It is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Portfolio Manager, or broker. It does not connect to your broker, does not place orders on your behalf, and does not provide financial advice. All data, signals, and tools provided by Aranya are for educational simulation and practice purposes only.
            

1. Use of the Service

Aranya provides portfolio tracking tools, educational market analysis, and structured learning environments. You acknowledge that:

We do not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Any decisions you make based on information in the app are strictly your own responsibility.
Past performance of any strategy or indicator shown in the app is not a guarantee of future results.
The securities markets are highly volatile, and the risk of loss can be substantial.
Aranya is an educational simulation tool — it does not execute real trades or connect to any brokerage.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aranya and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the market data or educational content provided.

Maximum Liability Cap: In no event shall Aranya's aggregate total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the service or otherwise under these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you to Aranya for the current active billing cycle (e.g., your most recent subscription payment), or ₹100 INR, whichever is less.

4. Subscription & Billing

By purchasing an Aranya Pro subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are managed securely through Google Play. GST applicable as per government norms. Please review our completely separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details regarding finality of sales.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, educational algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aranya and its licensors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
