These Terms of Use apply to the Aranya mobile application, website, and related services.

Educational use only: Aranya is an educational finance app for learning rule-based stock market strategy through guided workflows, analytics, market data context, and portfolio-style simulations. Aranya is not a broker, portfolio manager, or investment adviser, and it does not execute trades.

1. What Aranya Provides

Aranya provides software tools that help users learn and review rule-based market workflows, including strategy setup, portfolio-style tracking, simulated decision logs, market-data context, analytics, and backtesting.

  • Aranya does not connect to brokerage accounts.
  • Aranya does not place orders or execute trades.
  • Aranya does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
  • Any real investment decision must be made independently by the user outside Aranya.

2. Market Risk and Educational Information

Market data, simulated signals, backtests, analytics, and examples are provided for education and decision-support learning only. They do not guarantee future results. Securities markets involve risk, including possible loss of capital.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Aranya Pro subscriptions unlock premium educational features such as advanced portfolio-style simulations, detailed analytics, trade logs, and Strategy Lab/backtesting.

On iOS, subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed by Apple. Subscription length, price, renewal terms, cancellation options, and billing details are shown in the app purchase flow before confirmation. Users can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in their Apple ID subscription settings.

On other platforms, available billing methods and subscription terms are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply as required by law.

4. Apple Standard EULA

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Aranya uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless App Store Connect shows a different custom license for the app.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to use Aranya only for lawful educational and personal finance-learning purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

Aranya's software, design, content, workflows, names, marks, and related materials are owned by Aranya or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aranya is not liable for financial losses, lost profits, trading losses, lost data, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, educational content, market data, analytics, or simulations.
